Terms & Conditions
XAUt Digital Gold Investment Plan
- Eligibility. You must be of legal age and complete any required account verification before investing.
- Investment Asset. Investments are allocated to XAUt (Tether Gold), a digital token backed by physical 999.9 fine gold.
- Minimum Investment. The minimum amount per investment is $30.
- Principal Lock-in. The principal is locked for 365 days from activation. After 365 days the principal may be redeemed or sold at the prevailing XAUt (gold) market rate. This 365-day period applies only to the principal.
- Daily Returns. You earn a tier-based daily ROI from 0.25% to 1.50%, determined by your investment amount (larger investments qualify for higher tiers). Returns are not fixed and may vary with market performance.
- ROI Cap. ROI on each investment continues until it reaches a total of 2× (200%) of the principal, after which ROI stops. This 2× cap is not bound to the 365-day period — returns keep accruing until the 2× cap is met, however long that takes.
- Payout Schedule. Returns are credited on weekdays only (Mon–Fri). No returns are paid on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is $10. Requests are processed according to the platform's standard timelines.
- Direct Referral Bonus. Earn 5% on every direct referral's investment, credited instantly to your wallet.
- Team ROI Bonus. Earn a share of your team's daily ROI by qualification tier — 40% / 20% / 10% / 4% on levels 1–4 and 1% on levels 5–20. Total Team ROI Bonus earnings are capped at 4× (400%) of your own invested amount; a new qualifying investment is required to continue earning beyond the cap.
- Leadership Salary. Active leaders may qualify for a recurring monthly salary based on total team business volume. Eligibility requires an active account.
- Market Risk. The value of digital gold fluctuates with the global gold market; your returns and portfolio value may rise or fall accordingly.
- No Guaranteed Returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk.
- Account Activity. Only active accounts remain eligible for daily returns, referral bonuses, and the leadership salary.
- Amendments. Digi Money Express may amend, suspend, or terminate this plan at any time, subject to applicable law.
