XAUt Digital Gold Investment Plan

  1. Eligibility. You must be of legal age and complete any required account verification before investing.
  2. Investment Asset. Investments are allocated to XAUt (Tether Gold), a digital token backed by physical 999.9 fine gold.
  3. Investment Plans. Three plans are offered — Silver, Gold and Diamond — each with its own daily ROI, return cap and lock rules. The plan is chosen at the time of investment and cannot be changed afterwards. Current rates, minimums and limits are shown in the app at the moment you invest and may be revised at any time.
  4. Minimum & Maximum Investment. Each plan sets its own minimum; the amount shown on the invest screen is the applicable figure. There is no upper limit unless stated on the plan.
  5. Daily Returns. You earn the daily ROI of your selected plan, applied to the invested principal. Returns are not fixed and may vary with market performance.
  6. Return Cap. Each investment earns daily ROI until the total return reaches its plan's maximum multiple of the invested amount, at which point the investment completes and ROI stops. That total is the maximum you receive and your capital is counted within it — it is not paid in addition to it. On a 2× plan a $10 investment returns $20 in total. There is no fixed term; an investment simply runs until its cap is reached, however long that takes.
  7. Lock Rules. Whether the daily ROI and the principal can be withdrawn during the cycle depends on the plan you select. Where a plan locks them, both are released together once the investment completes its return cycle. The applicable rules are displayed on the plan before you invest.
  8. Principal Withdrawal. Returning your capital is a separate request from withdrawing ROI, and must be made for the full principal amount. Where a plan permits an early exit, an early-exit charge may be deducted in addition to the standard processing fee; the amount is shown before you confirm. Requesting a capital return ends that investment's earnings.
  9. Payout Schedule. Daily ROI and team commissions are credited on the platform's published payout days — currently weekdays (Monday–Friday). Payout days are configurable and the current schedule is always shown in the app.
  10. Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal and the processing fee are the values displayed on the withdrawal screen at the time of your request (currently a $10 minimum and a 5% fee). Both are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are accepted on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and processed according to the platform's standard timelines.
  11. Team ROI Commission. Earn a share of your team's daily ROI. The rate for each level, the depth of the ladder, and the qualification criteria (direct members and team business) are set by the platform and shown live in the app — they are subject to change. Total Team ROI earnings are capped at a multiple of your own invested amount (currently 5×); a new qualifying investment is required to continue earning beyond the cap.
  12. Leadership Salary. Active leaders may qualify for a recurring monthly salary based on total team business volume. Each level pays for a limited number of months. A level, once reached, is never withdrawn, but the level's team business volume must be maintained each month for that month's salary to be paid; a month in which the requirement is not met is withheld and does not count against the level's duration.
  13. Direct Referral Bonus. The direct referral bonus has been discontinued. Commissions already earned remain credited to your account and are unaffected.
  14. Market Risk. The value of digital gold fluctuates with the global gold market; your returns and portfolio value may rise or fall accordingly.
  15. No Guaranteed Returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk.
  16. Account Activity. Only active accounts remain eligible for daily returns, referral bonuses, and the leadership salary.
  17. Amendments. Digi Money Express may amend, suspend, or terminate this plan at any time, subject to applicable law.
